Identify Your Service Provider

Crownworks works with multiple authorised affiliates who deliver the Platinum Service. To ensure your order is handled correctly, you must confirm who you purchased the service from.

How to check: Please provide the name of the server, store page, or platform where you originally found and purchased the service.

Important: All orders are licensed through Crownworks. This does not automatically mean Crownworks is your service provider.

If you purchased directly via the Crownworks store page or Discord server, Crownworks will manage your order.

If you found the service elsewhere, it is most likely being handled by one of our PayHip-authorised affiliates.

Refund & Support Policy

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This service is non-refundable, especially once it has been delivered.

Crownworks does not provide refunds or replacements for work completed by third-party affiliates.

Any issues with the vehicle chassis or service delivery must be raised directly with your service provider.

If your service provider becomes unresponsive, blocks communication, or fails to assist, you may contact Crownworks (the owner and licenser of the service).

Crownworks does not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete work completed by affiliates; however, we will make a reasonable effort to assist where possible.

If you experience any issues with a service provider or wish to report one, please contact us via the Crownworks Discord server or the Clifton Studios Discord server. 

All reports are handled confidentially and remain anonymous.

Delivery Information

Delivery times may vary depending on the number of active orders and the service provider managing your order.

Crownworks cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for external service providers, as we are not directly involved in their delivery process. However, all orders are processed through Crownworks, allowing us to monitor progress and ensure legitimacy. This is why all payments are routed through the Crownworks PayHip store, helping protect customers from illegitimate or misleading service providers.

For orders handled directly by Crownworks, we aim for an estimated delivery time of 3–7 days from the moment your support ticket is created.

For orders handled by Clifton Studios, we aim for an estimated delivery time of 3–7 days from the moment your support ticket is created.

To avoid delays, please ensure you have opened a support ticket or directly messaged your service provider to initiate the service and begin the delivery process.
